Canon EOS-1D Mark III
Canon announce the new Canon EOS-1D Mark III camera, which will be available in spring. The new Canon camera is shooting pictures with 10.1 megapixels with a maximum of 10 frames/second. Another good thing about this camera, you will not be forced to use the viewfinder, EOS-1D Mark III camera has a Live View mode, wich will dispaly a preview of the picture on the 3.0-inch LCD, like a point and shoot camera.

Mark III will have an integrated cleaning system, a little curtain will shake inside the camera for 3,5 second when camera is turned on or off, in order to remove the dust from the CMOS sensor.
The new CMOS sensor has a 1.3 magnification factor, so at a 55mm lens you will have around 71mm worth of view.
A new lithium-ion battery will be released with this camera, the LC-E4 battery. With the LC-E4 battery you can shoot up to 2200 pictures.
It seems that the price of the new Canon EOS-1D Mark III will be 4000$-5000$.
